Pre date code authentic Louis Vuitton Elise wallet – extreme wear

I’m selling my authentic and vintage Louis Vuitton Elise wallet in heavily used and worn condition.

Both snaps are strong. Outside canvas is bold and is the good, bright vintage kind.

Inside is the deep chocolatey brown leather that LV used in the 1970s-early 80’s. It’s sleek and delicate. There are wear spots, scuffs and signs of usage inside. There are two rips along the edges of the double coin pouch. See pic.

Suede linings in the bill compartments are pretty clean. See pics.

Wear and damage on edges and corners.

LV started putting date codes inside items in 1982. I don’t see a date code so my guess is this so from the late 1970’s or 1980 or 1981. Around that same time frame, they were spelling France with a lowercase F. See heat stamp – “made in france”
